Expecting Your Miracle/
EYM for Teens

Expecting Another Miracle

For parents expecting their first child or whose youngest is more than 5 years old. For parents expecting their 2nd+ child, whose youngest is 5 or under.
Meets once a week for 7 weeks. Meets once a week for 2 weeks.

L.E.A.N. Expectations Classes

Our L.E.A.N. Expectations classes are part of the Dr. Sears L.E.A.N. program, which helps you experience all-around health by empowering you to make great choices in Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition. These classes will help you feel better throughout your pregnancy and after your baby is born, while also reducing your risk of experiencing complications of pregnancy and/or birth. Each class comes with a workbook packed with useful information and ideas.

Prepare RIGHT Now focuses on Lifestyle, Exercise, and Attitude for pregnancy, and covers subjects like healthy (and fun!) exercise for pregnancy, ways to maintain a positive outlook and attitude throughout your pregnancy, and what is and isn't safe for you and your baby while you're pregnant.

Eat RIGHT Now helps you create a simple, satisfying plan for eating for two while you are pregnant, while also keeping your weight under control.

Live RIGHT Now focuses on smoothing your transition into parenthood with ways to make caring for a newborn easier and a plan for taking care of yourself once your baby is born.
